I actually mean most nurses have seen and heard everything- whilst AT WORK!!!

Well that escalated pretty quickly! For the record, I came to Canada expecting basically nothing (it was a job transfer) and it's exceeded my expectations by a long way to the extent that I'm now a citizen and can't really see myself moving back to the UK at any point.
