Any shipping advice
 

Hello , we will be moving from south of France to Victoria, BC in August 2014. Can anyone recommend any good shipping agent that could handle such a move?

Also could someone please offer a link on custom rules - what can be shipped - can personal belonging be exempt of tax? Thanks for your help.
