I nearly fell off my chair when an old mate from Grangemouth sent me pics from 2-3 days ago ... winter wonderland for sure!!!

BTW, just explained "It's a braw bricht moonlicht thi nicht" to my wife (Canadian) ... she thought I was talking a foreign language (well I was wasn't I) ??? :rofl:

The "burds" sister lives in Gorebridge just South of Edinburgh and the snow they got last week was unreal. Proper "Im no getting to work" stuff.

I'm originally from Lennoxtown & wife 2 b is from Banknock nr Bonnybridge. We're moved to PEI a year ago. Love it here but miss square sausage & tattie scone! :D

Can take or leave a tattie scone, but a square sausage bap was a ritual some late nights back in the day! :(

Steak & Kidney Pies, Pot Noodles, Cup-a-soups, pasties, local chippy etc, are typical things I miss from time to time.

Go on then, throw in a bottle of Irn Bru, Tizer or the like.
