I'm just wandering if anyone has had any problems with a spousal Sponsership?

Also i was just made aware that if you have bought a plane ticket or something like that you can fax them certain information and if sucessful you can be granted an urgent case to hopefully insure that you get your application done in time.

You're confusing applying for a PR card with applying for PR status (as a sponsored spouse or any other way). The link you give is for existing PRs who don't have a PR card (and need one to travel because their passport alone will not allow them to board Canada-bound transportation).

London were very helpful with our sponsored partner case but there's no way you jump the queue or get processed faster just because you've booked flights ;)

Our application was Inland Spousal.... our main delays were the RCMP clearance and the government issuing the demand to have PR cards for all landed immigrants by December that year.

We're sooooo happy that's behind us now.... only the best to you both during your wait!!
