Another person needing help... please
My partner and I have been told by an agency that since he is a Gas Eng/Plumber with over 22 yrs exp inc LPG we would be accepted for a move to Canada.
Does anyone know what salaries to expect.
Good newspapers/agencies for employment ads
Or any advice would be of benefit..... such as a good agency.
Thank You

Try contacting Shadi Norman she is an employment counsellor. I know of 2 people recently who are plumbers that she has just got job offers for in BC.
She works for Tricontinental Global Services.

I understand that you start off at about $20 for 6 months while you do you apprenticeship over there (still have to do this even if you are qualified and have loads and loads of experience). When you have passed this I think in Vancouver they are paying about $30 per hour.
They seem to be desperate for plumbers over there. So good luck. Let me know if you have any success.
