Another Hairdressing Question

Hi

I was wondering if someone could offer me some solid advice for my daughter.
She is presently doing an apprenticeship for hairdressing and is currently in her second year.
We have now come to Canada to get our PR and she wants to sack the apprenticeship she has in NZ and move out here sooner rather than later.
Question is, would she be better to sack the apprenticeship she has now and start a fresh here as the rules are very different.
How does she go about getting the apprenticeship. We have spoken to a couple of hairdressers here in Toronto and they have said that she may be able to knock on a hairdressers door and see if they will take her on.
Im not too sure what to do for the best for her. We havent got a clue if there is any hairdressing colleges here.
We were advised there was a college called George Brown but they have stated that they dont do hairdressing courses.

Any help would be great help and thanks in advance:D
