I know I get 4 weeks plus the BH but that means 10 weeks less than in the uk. Also I will have to go full time as opposed to the part time I do now. But the better lifestyle has to be worth it. I travel upto 90 mins each morning and only work a 5 hour day. The travelling there and back equates to a full time job by the end of the week so I might as well get paid for it.

Eh? You get 14 weeks holiday now with the NHS? That can't we right. Six or so (incl. B/H) but never 14.

Sorry, but yep I get 14 weeks hols per year in the NHS. i have a term time contract so get all the school hols which obviuosly include all the bank hols ie xmas new year and easter to name but a few!
Think I'll put my contract on E-bay!!!!!
