Re: Andrew Miller
Accused by several posters on here of taking hefty deposits from clients and not following through with the work. After a bit of bluster from an apparent alter ego he stopped posting.

Re: Andrew Miller
jeeeeez.....i cant believe this!
i just saw this posting today and nearly fell off my chair! for this guy (andrew miller) is the very same person who was giving me supposedly solid advice when i was in 2 minds about emigrating etc! and even at that time, i did notice some decidedly flippant comments he made on here...... and to think some people actually may have dwelt on every single suggestion he made.....god! oh well.....caveat emptor i think they say......!

firefox http://andrewmillercanada.com/contact.html No mention of being CSIC registered I note (https://www.csic-scci.ca/). |
Re: Andrew Miller
According to the CSIC his membership has been revoked.
Miller Andrew M041188 Revoked — Membership criteria not met 2008-12-02 Perhaps someone should make a complaint to CIC with regards to him not being a CSIC member and yet still practicing? I wonder, though, that perhaps he is a lawyer "in good repute" with the law society and thus doesn't need to be a member of CSIC in order to practice as an immigration consultant? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...ve/rep-who.asp http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...verify-rep.asp Has anyone actually made a formal complaint about him? |

Re: Andrew Miller
The use of English on the website it appalling. It reads like something that has been rushed through a translation. Perhaps he is still in China?

Almost the opposite to the false promises normally associated with this sort of thing. |

Re: Andrew Miller
Given that those who are thinking about emigrating to Canada usually have a little bit extra in the way of education and general smarts, I am amazed that they resort to "immigration consultants."
On a recent trip to the U.K., I saw posters on London buses advising people about U.K. immigration consultants-the posters were very clear: all the advice and information needed to seek residence status in the U.K. was available free from the U.K. government. More precisely, hiring said consultants gives no advantage or back door entrance. |
