We arrived a little late at the pub due to having to feed the baby and then trying to find somewhere to park as a nightmare. We arrived just after 5 but couldn't see anyone? We looked for little and large and a purple scarf! Thought you might have been upstairs as it was loud downstairs with the man playing music but still couldn't see anyone and the bar staff said no groups of British people were in!

Yes but you don't see Canadian men sitting in deck chairs with their pant (trouser) legs rolled up to their knees, dress shirts with top four buttons undone and sleeves rolled up, and the big giveaway, a handkerchief with a knot at each corner and placed on their head for protection from the sun peeking through the dark clouds in temperature of 15C. Oh, and smoking a fag, of course.
