I'm firmly with the OP on this one.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Keep the damned snow in the mountains where it belongs.

Plenty of time starting in January for snow. :p

Ah but an Indian Summer is very welcome after the cool rainy season of earlier months. It'll be Thanksgiving and the onset of the Fall soon enough.

Scorchio!!! (makes sense if you were a fan of the Fast Show)

The longer the snow stays away the better - it's great in January when it's crisp, crunchy and fresh, but I'll pass on the crappy damp UK style stuff we get in spring and fall

This is the positive flip side of our Alberta weather - our regular summer weather outshines UK weather :p

The weekend was great wasn't it. I'm hoping we get another weekend or two like it.

We might be in luck. The long-range forecast is for some damp stuff tomorrow and Friday/Saturday but then a high pressure ridge building for the rest of the month. Sunny or sunny/cloudy for the following ten days with temperatures in the mid 20s. It will do.

As much as I'm enjoying the WARM weather, I'm going to the bloody (preseason) battle of alberta tonight . How the hell do I get in the spirit when it looks and feels like I should be 'Surfing USA'
