we use the TD Inifinte visa card - points on spend and then the choice to either book through them (which is actually Expedia) or book yourself and claim back the money. They've been very helpful for us and the card fee is waved if you talk nicely to your bank manager / keep a minimum amount in your account

It is called Howard's and I've noticed when stuck in traffic in that area.

These are the best ones if to be used for travel. We get 1 for 1 but the $100 mark comes in at 7500 points.
Rather this than be stuck with one carrier and then have to fork out the additional fees.
I do still have a BA Amex mainly for upgrades using miles.
I didn't get a pen though

I had a couple of those when I first got my accounts and mortgage with HSBC. Now I have some little asian guy.I think they run a classic bait and switch operation.
