Agent of service in Ontario
 

Anyone had experience working as an 'Agent Of Service' in Ontario?.

On taking up permanent residence this summer I will be doing so with my UK job. As I am not a director of the company we will be looking to register a provincial trading name in Ontario I would therefore be working as an 'Agent of Service', representing the company in Canada.

Is there an easier way of my representing a UK company?. At the end of the day we just what to facilitate a way of working legally, being paid and paying the tax.

Any info would be great.
