The Warners

Hi, We've received all our documents and are now doing the "easy bit" and researching, researching, researching!!! This is the first time we have posted on this site, but we have been avid readers for a year now and find all the information really interesting. We were hoping to hear from anyone who is living within an hour's drive of the Blue Mountain Resort, or surrounding areas as this is where we would like to settle but have no idea which are the "good" areas to live in etc. etc.... We "The Warners" consist of Alison, Carl, Amy (10) Daniel (7) and Scott (7), yes twins, yes handful, so we're looking for family orientated community, good schools, lake, jobs, blah, blah, the usual requests........ Any information gratefully received :scared: l!!!

My background is in engineering, electrical and mechanical and I've worked in various engineering and manufacturing companies, these skills I believe could be transferred to the Shipbuilding industry. We're looking more to either buy and renovate property or have a small holiday let business, but the main motivators are to provide a safe, comfortable life for our three children. Have you family in the area you are relocating too?
