Advice on 309A Certificate of Qualification
 

Hi there, my first post. I took the 309A exam back in 1994 and got a 70% passmark. I understand this is the mark required to get a red seal on my licence. I did not get the seal because someone cheated on the exam by having an answer sheet. My passmark was knocked back to the provincial level. I was furious at the time, but did not follow it through.
Does anyone know how I can appeal this judgement and get what is rightfully due to me without having to sit the exam again.
