If it's for Vonage, keep away!
We've got it and it's terrible. On the few occasions that you can actually get someone to hear you, there's about a 2 second delay, really bad and embarrassing. Surprisingly Skype is clearer and cheaper.

I have Vonage.....I could not do without it.
I'm still running my business in UK.....back and forth every few weeks. My clients can ring my vonage number and they have no idea that I'm in another country. Very clear, very reliable and great features...voicemail, call diversion, text or e-mail alert of messages.....fantastic...like I said I could not operate without it.
Have you tried their technical helpdesk..sometimes a little finetuning may sort it out....else ask for a new router

Seems to be that if I call someone in Canada I get the delay, not so much when calling the UK. I've got the super speedy Shaw cable as well, so it can't be that. People often ask if I'm ringing them from the toilet

If you connected less than 30days ago(or is it14days?) you can disconnect and try skype or an alternative voip provider.
