Can i move to a province other than what is mentioned in the Immigration application? Do i need to inform them at the time of landing

Once you have landed you can go where you like!

Can i even go to BC. Interesting!

...and Quebec?

Quebec has different landing rules - not my area of knowledge sorry! BC yes, if you don't mind low wages you can go there. Unemployment is higher (8.5%) and it's not as up to date as Ontario. Vancouver is a comparatively small city and I personally find it ill equipped to deal with it's own growth. There are already areas which are just disgusting to live in.
