Brexit ? any reliable info anywhere?

The french government have just published an up to date guide for Brits living there. Two scenarios explained - with and without a deal.
Is there anything for the Netherlands? My son is a student there and I'm a tad concerned...

If your son is a student then the rules are different anyway dependent on his current residence status. To be honest there will be no reliable information for some time yet. Everything is guesswork.
