It's already been rolled out in parts of Qld and South Australia.

But it seems that even the ESA drivers are uncertain.

YKYIA when you brace yourself to get in the swimming pool and it's as warm as soup. And a number of Ozzies are inching themselves into it squealing.

Whilst still in office, the Governor-General (the Queens representative in Australia) reportedly publicly backs Australia becoming a republic. WTF!!

Yeah, that is a bizarre one. It's a bit like discovering that the pope doesn't believe in God.

The frozen supermarket pies have "microwave" as a cooking suggestion

When your cooker is as old as mine, and your landlord's wallet is firmly closed, microwaving is the only option!

I'm sure you are a domestic goddess!

What I like about those frozen pies is that they can be put in the fridge ready for my boys to heat up in just 15 mins using the convection oven.

The oven in our rental is dire - probably the worst ever, so we made a plan and bought a standalone one for about $100. Does most of what we need. We also have one of those glass bowl ovens - great for roasting, etc and a breeze to clean.

In all fairness, that is a reasonable cooking suggestion for a frozen supermarket pie.

That and 'Kick down long flight of stairs into a raging fire.'

Doesn't most packaged stuff have microwave as a cooking suggestion along with ovens, shallow fry, deep fry options (depending on the product of course)?

In the UK, frozen pies are uncooked when bought and need to be baked whereas in Australia they are pre-baked and just need to be warmed up.
