It's been 25c+ now for atleast the last week and reached 35c on Monday.

With still a week of 'Winter' to go. Everywhere looking very brown though.

Don't worry, it'll be summer soon and everything will green up with the rain.

Rain, what rain? I heard that there it will be an dry El Nino summer. Maybe there will just be enough to dampen the dust down.

It's been a perfect winter. Days stunning, evenings, nights and mornings cold. Unfortunately some unseasonal rain only occurred at the beginning of winter.

South Australia has had record rains, back to how they used to be 12 years ago, most farmers here are looking at bumper crops of wheat ,barley, peas, faber beans & canola..........the vines in the Barossa valley have had a great drink over the winter..... with no need for top up watering......should be a good vintage this year as long as we don,t get to much rain during summer.......over all a fantastic winter in SA............mm

Hi,

We have been here on Sunshine Coast for over 7 weeks now and it only rained twice and that was only for a few mins. The sun has been shining every day and we are enjoying every minute of it. We are from Ireland so the weather is glorious for us!
