Not in Victoria but did once in St Agnes, Isles of Scilly.
It's a weird sight, the photos in this article do it justice! Interestingly Gippsland was one of the only places in the last lot of Victorian flooding to not get flood warning, ie whole state except Gippsland! Maybe the water didn't get stirred up enough!
