That when putting a Library Book on 'hold' my 'ID Number' is my Library card Number and my 'PIN' the last 4 digits of my home phone number....

Something I learnt yesterday...
A colleague who is useless, was replaced at the start of term. I learnt however, when she called up yesterday, that no one's actually told her she no longer has a job. Lucky I'm highly qualified in the art of bullshite. It's not my place to tell her. Tad embarrassing though.
