Personally I hate them but each to their own but I have seen some crackers lately and you do have to ask yourself what was that person thinking at the time they walked into the tatto shop and pointed to the one in the book and said " I want that one" . Today in Chermside I saw a couple of awful ones that were too good not to share

1) On a girl aged about 18 on the back of her neck a tattoo of a large pair of(very large) headphones, looked truly awful? :rof

2) Then just when it couldn't get any better another girl in K-Mart had on the back of each calf a large butterfly..... pricelesss


I know all of you that love tatts will say they are just expressing themselves etc etc and I say good luck to them it brightens up my day seeing them and I expect the person with the tatts just loves them and thinks they look fantastic and it could be just me who gets a giggle at the really bad ones.....

Made the boxing day sales that bit better, and yes Chermside was awful, couldn't get parked ended up parking in the library 10 mins away and then walking to the place, we were going to see Little Fockers...... wouldn't bother the tatts were more enjoyable....

I love my tattoo. While some may laugh at it or think it ugly, it reminds me of my father, who died just over 2 years ago.

Personally, I couldn't give a shit whether anyone else likes what I've done to my body or not. Anyone who would judge someone on their choice of tattoo isn't worth my time anyway.

Generally a cause for much merriment amongst us old farts when the lads get pissed and suddenly 3 tats in one night in a foreign port seems like a really really good idea

e.g. lad who worked for me had LUCY (girlfriend of 2 weeks) tattooed in 4 inch letters down his left side. She then binned him 2 days later

I never judge anyone by their tatoos but they're not for me. I wonder how many people there are who afterwards wish they never had them. Shame we can't get those temporary tattoos like the ones which years ago came with chewing gums and which washed off afterwards.

I've two tattoos but generally most wouldn't know I'd got them - I have heard of so many people having those chinese sayings and getting it all wrong!
