Woo hoo! My daughter has finally decided to come ... a month before visa expires!
I can't believe it .... finally, after all the heartache and worry. She is booking a flight for beginning of March and I soooo happy 
She has had a rough few months and I think she has finally decided what really matters. It had to be her decision and I never once pressured her into it. The relief is bloody fantastic!
Her visa runs out about the 23rd March too so she is cutting it fine.
Just wanted to share ..

Really excited for you, My daughter was due here next wed. on a WHV, but has decided to go to India first! She has nearly a year on her visa and I really don't mind, as long as she gets here eventually! We do miss them don't we.

Thanks everyone, yes we really do miss them 
I haven't seen her since last May when she returned to the UK and honestly, it's a killer. We are very close and I think both of us have found it extremely hard.
I coped because I knew she was happy but when things start to go wrong you realise how very far away you are. Skype and the telephone just don't cut it.
There are a few parents on here who are going through the same and it used to give me hope when I read that their child had changed their mind. She said she would never live in Australia. Oh, how times change

She's not coming. She was offered a promotion and she has took it. Gutted.
