Default The World Cup

Dont know if this thread will get moved but I thought I would post it here as there are more people

Who do you think is going to win the world cup?

We have done a sweep stake in work and I have got Sweden Must admit I dont know an awful lot about football but I dont think I am going to win. Should I put a bet on at the bookies or save my pennies?

Where will you be watching the game? (England, Australia or whoever you are supporting ) I am going to watch England at the pub with hubby this Saturday, somewhere that I can get drunk

I don't care who wins to be honest, and I'll be doing everything I can to avoid watching it at all.

Really have no interest in it whatsoever, can't get excited about it. Silly over-rated game if you ask me.

I'll get my coat

Germany v Italy final i reckon Jess. I think people in the UK, would be able to get really good odds on 'outsider' betting on Aus to reach the semi's like hiddinks South Korea.

I'm still debating whether to go out on Saturday or not, If I do it will be into Melbournes CBD, in a venue with 100's of poms.

Actually if you can bet on the last 4..... Aus v Germany Italy V England. I'm not to sure if the draw will enable that kind of grouping will have to check.
