Well Montezuma's Revenge is caused from drinking the water in Mexico. As we know the water's not that great there. So the idea is to drink bottled water there. If you don't then you risk getting the runs. Anyway, I believe we all suffered it in reverse on the Barbie this eve (US time).
EDIT: When you get it it's baaaad, diarrhea, stomach cramps, the runs....nausea. The works baby.
