Cooked full English/Australian breakfasts. Terrible. These are usually followed by a car ride as we only eat them when on holiday or staying at a guesthouse. We have to have the windows open because we're both at it. Feel sorry for the kids in the back.

From my experience, the same as a full English one! Bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, black pudding etc etc ... play havoc with my guts no matter which continent I'm on!
(Unless you go for the more sensible "American" option of muffins, pancakes etc - more healthy for my particular digestive system but probably more fattening!)
