I've had my leg stroked by an Aussie when we went out. He was aiming for a bit further up I think I've never drunk a pint so quick in my life, just so I could make an excuse to go to the bar. I never did sit back down!

I think it depends on what sort of power source you use. Obviously you'll have to change the plug for a start, but mine runs on rechargeables which I find is more efficient. They run down towards the evening but after a swift recharge overnight, he's up and running again.
