Do people really see many people shopping barefoot, or is it over exaggerated ?

in Sydney and Brisbane I wouldnt see anyone barefoot and thought I never would. On the coast there is a huge amount of people who don't wear shoes - not so much to the plaza but generally and in Coles its certainly not unusual

I really don't see the problem with shopping barefoot, slopping genitalia in the fruit however is an entirely different matter

Mornington seems a bit of an unusual area to me then.

I do notice the odd person like that, but so rarely that it does become really noticeable at the time, especially as I am looking out for them these days

I am struggling to see the issue?

Bare feet= natural
Shoed feet = unnatural

Snobbery is a pet hate. We have enough "rules" placed upon us by society.
Get a grip!

See, I reckon those people are just really cunning. They go into the shop bare-foot and leave wearing shoes
