Should we consider God to be a serial killer or a mass murderer? I suppose he's dabbled in both, but on the whole I think he probably doesn't qualify as a serial killer... He's my favourite mass murderer though, if that's worth anything.

Going by Seneca's rules, he's definitely tops. Didn't actually do the deed but made others do it for him. However he doesn't exist so that muddies the waters somewhat.

Little bit of a touchy subject this... I don't see how anyone could discuss the best killer. Maybe if it was worded the worst it would have been more appropriate.

It isn't asking for the "best" though, its about who is a "favourite" - not sure how to judge a best killer, as you say, but a favourite is slightly different......
