gonna join up too....will be on fruit n fibre to start though...
i have got a wedding to goto next weekend and i dont think the caterers will give me special k....lol
will be good this week though...and carry on after the wedding...
will be back on the bike towing my mini elephant son in his trailer tomorrow for the school run...

Can't do weetabix....it plays havoc with my IBS
don't do fruit teas either.... eeeukkk! Will have to get some fresh OJ.
Just having a few bottles of bud tonight so there will be none left in the Fridge tomorrow to tempt me.

Can I join in. I'm not doing the Special K thing cause I'd starve to death :scared: but I'm on day 2 of slimming world and so far so good. I've got a wedding in 9 weeks and am determined to get into a dress I've seen thats just gorgeous but I need to loose some serious weight first. The story of my life really

but, ive got up today and had my bowl of special k mmmmmmmmmm lovely, i feel sooooooo full
good luck to all, hilary you can have my share of drinks sue youre a pig like me 6 slices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
