So is that all you're allowed - 2 bowls of cereal, one meal and 8 glasses of water ?

Yes, but I think you can eat fruit in between. Not too sure though. I used to eat about 5 apples a day.

True - but the school run would be fun and I wouldn't get much work done either. I am desparate to lose weight though so it may be worth it !

Count me in, cos this week it is that week and I have been eating everything in sight. After doing really well for a couple of weeks it has been a bit of a backward step.

Anyway back to the painting

I don't know about following the Kelloggs thing, can I try Shreddies instead? (Nestle, aren't they?) Seriously, still not sure about this as I only like full cream milk which may cause a bit of a problem - however it's only 4% fat which isn't that bad and better than that chalky water stuff they call skimmed or semi-skimmed. I've been on a diet since Christmas and so far lost 22lb which amounts to over a stone and a half. I've not posted on the Dieters for Oz thread because it's so big now I fear my comments will be lost in cyberspace.

Good luck to all my fellow dieters!

wonder if you could lace the strawberries with vodka

right girls, most of us have been crap this week but tommorow is another day, so lets pig out some more tonight and get ready for tommorow, bright and breezy!!

have we got a stock of cereals then?? i'm sure nestle will be fine, even weetabix, i'm going to stick with my special k with red berries

also, a bit of excercise and water, and for those of you that dont want water, then what about fruit teas?? i was going not going to have any booze this week but have a night out on thursday and a club can i?? pllllllllllllease

right, get the tape measureas at the ready or, if like me, a pair of trousers that dont fit and get measured, and lets share how were doing over the week eh ladies

good luck all, might just go over to the dieters thread and do another recruitment drive
