Had a young lad round, he really liked the house, was talking about another viewing, anyhow he has spoken to the estate agent, expressed a lot of interest, only problem its £25k above the top of his budget....

we get viewers who after reducing by another 20k offer 20k below the new reduced price when will it end wish it was all over.the more you reduce the lower they offer makes no difference
