God, have just read through about 20 pages!!! 
Agree with daunted how do you lot get anything done???? 
Am working nights this week so just dragged myself out of bed about an hr ago to pick up daughter from school.
Had our first viewing yesterday, a couple. They loved it, but they have a house to sell first and only been on market a week, but they have had a 2nd viewing. Have had another call this morning (woke me up
), viewer wanted to come round about 1pm, said i would still be in bed. 7 is the only time could do as kids activities etc. He called back and they coming at 7.
So still tidy from yesterday so not much cleaning to do hurray

Sorry, I was in a hurry to post so said in as few words as I could!
What I should of said is;
Put your stuff in a container. Sign all the papers and leave with solicitor. Go away on reccie. Get a rental. If you need to one of you can use the return ticket to go back to tie up loose ends, the other one can wait for the container.
Something like that anyway.........

Hi Sammy hows it going? We're in the same boat as you again! Sold in June, chain collapsed mid September. We had booked shippers and already moved into a rental. Back on the market 2 weeks ago and have had six viewers but no takers. Now got two agents marketing it to see if that will move things along. We are now making a Plan B - we have to validate by April, so being pessimistic we are remortgaging to raise funds for a validation trip in March. When do you have to validate by?
