you have to phone the new claims number sit on hold for half an hour , answer an hours worth of nosy intrusive questions and they will then tell you what you can claim for!! you then start answering questions to claim the benefits only to be cut off, they ring back when you are in the loo, and by the time you get to the phone with your trousers round your knees they have hung up!!

So you call them back spend half an hour on hold get through to be told that person can't deal with you as they havent got your details but will make sure the other one calls you back!!

you wait by the phone and at 6.30 pm realise they aren't going to call!!

same again the next day and finally you get through and start again!! then all done they say they will send you a statement to sign and you send it back!!

you realise you will be destitute and deep in hock before you get anything!!
