There's one at my local shopping centre - collects the trolleys. Strange thing is there was one at my local Somerfield in the UK - he pushed the trolleys too
When we were young(ish) we used to hang out with a dwarf/midget/small person. On his 18th birthday a few of us treated him to a meal in a restaurant with entertainment. Came the time the entertainer asked if anyone had a birthday that night, so we shouted that this guy did and we got him to stand up, but the entertainer didn't realise and asked him to stand up - PMSL. Poor guy had to stand on a chair

oooooo cas someone else like me! I'm a fine one to talk as I'm only 5'1 but I find dwarfs (inparticular their stubby fingers) really scary! My mum reckoned it was due to me being scared by one dressed as a clown when I was 3! I'm also petrified of clowns!

One of my work colleagues feels the same way as you about dwarves - and midgets too, for that matter - though he can't explain why. Somewhat paradoxically, he does confess to a morbid fascination with "little people."
He also has a theory that there is only one midget on Earth. "He just gets around a lot."

I guess that dwarves should always have long beards and carry axes, but where do the midgets fit in?

I have been here and not seen one in 2 years but in Blighty they are not that rare a site eh?
Another thing - and this is a bit controversial. You never see any nice looking 'full blood' abbo women. why?

Sorry............
but I find this thread offensive.
People cannot help being born with Achondroplasia, the correct term for dwarfism. They feel just as you and I do.
