It was a funny pic & I am (almost) positive that Seasider would have thought so too, 'cos I am believing that she has a sense of humour!

What I see is the position of moderator taken too seriously to the point it's suffocating. One could expect strict moderation on important forums like the immi etc, but the barbie is for a bit of banter, fun & relaxation. Contrary to what some mods think, giving each other shit is just humour in the same fashion as if we were all in a pub together, knowing each other's basic traits.
The only person in authority I have respect for to be honest is Sue because I believe she sees things from a wider perspective than a moderator.

I truly have had a gut full of it. Yes, I have Asperger's, I make no excuse for how my mind works. There is one thing above all that I have though given my AS & that is a strong sense of fairness, something sadly lacking through moderation on this forum. It's actually quite sad really since I enjoy coming here, can take more shite than I give out, am helpful when I can, say hello to newbies to promote the site, am respectful when it REALLY counts.

Perhaps sending your views to Sue via pm might be a more constructive way of helping things to change though? Just a thought!

Oh Sue watches the forum, not afraid to say she sent me a pm of her dissaproval of a post I made last night, I accept that and agree with her & that's the difference, Sue is not judgemental, more objective, whereas there are only a couple of mods capable of that. I think it comes from those with & those without a business sense.

In fairness, I would hate to be a mod, because there are many occasions that they can't do right for wrong!
Where do you draw the line? It's a tricky one.
However, it would be nice to see everyone beaten with the same stick for the same offence & sadly, that simply doesn't happen!
