They are all going to be high season costs being around Christmas - unlikely to drop much in my experience. You could gamble and leave it till the last minute then hope that they can't sell the seats so reduce the price, but you may find all the seats are gone, esp for the Jan 2nd flight.

Well that seems like a reasonable deal then - not really up on Perth Xmas prices - although you possibly could've saved a few bob by leaving London a couple of days earlier - silly season generally starts on or around 10th Dec.

i am leaving on the 10th and the price goes up on the 12th.
