The 13 YO, mind you she is a tad Oweight, and the motivation is our oldest (now 24) spent about 5 years fighting anorexia, with a successful outcome now it seems... dont want to go down that road again.

Probably not worth it on the ford now, Too far gone, I reckon we will be looking at Bio Diesel as a real alternative within 5 years, hence my next car will def be a Diesel.

I understand the motive but jeezus, I find that scary. Hope history doesn't repeat.

Save money - we put all our monthly bills, food and petrol on the credit card and pay it off each month. This month $4997 just to live. 2 cars, 2 kids 2 adults, NO mortage.

That was a normal month, our bills are split pretty evenly throught the year, this month it included a leccy, a car insurance, a car repair, house insurance, and a couple of medical bills for one child, normal month really. Plus we take out another 100 odd a week for things you need cash for, plus one lot of private school fees, plus superannuation etc all on top of that.

Life with teens aint cheap is it
