Struggling to find jobs before we move to Perth, so the latest plan is to save, wait till we have to move, and start a business if we can't find jobs.
I have a few ideas in mind, but for those of you live NOR in Perth what would you like to have but don't?

A chippy.
I mean a 'real' chippy.
A chippy that serves 'proper' chips.
They are all frozen. It's bollocks.
I want the chips that leave last nights newspaper dripping in fat.
I want 'scraps', golden crisp cod & chip baps. Steak & Kidney "babazyed" puds ...
Do it and you have $1,560 a year out of me.

A nice "British" pub, that serves real ale but the sort that doesn't attract shaven headed louts in football shirts like the pubs around here do.
