We use extra lean pork mince instead of beef, it has a nicer texture and flavour than the beef mince that's available here in the UK.

I was the one who first made it so my OH uses "but you're the only one who know how to make it" as the excuse . But I don't mind (), because it means that double helpings of cheese goes into the recipe ..yum!

I take it you are talking about dinner...I don't get tea in this household...more's the pity.

Last night, for our evening meal, I think the boss has had a brain explosion and thinks she is running a motorway caff/greasy spoon:

Baked beans/eggs and bacon on toast.

Yes meant tea, in our house its breakfast, dinner and tea.

I think sounds scrummy, all washed down with a nice cuppa, I have been known to have that for brekkie on a sunday.

I cooked one of my new specialties, Chilli chicken & cashew nut stirfry with steamed rice.
I love cooking, I am pretty much addicted to watching cooking shows.

That sounds great, any chance of the recipe. Know what you mean about cooking shows, best not to watch them on an empty stomach, we have a cooking show here called the 'Hairy Bikers', basically two hairy bikers travel all over UK visiting people in their homes, the cooking is brilliant, mind you the bikers look gross, but they are so lovely.
