A small amount of GF meusli with soy milk, and a large cup of Earl Grey tea- no milk, no sugar.

Now our power is back on I had porridge & fresh coffee as well.
After spending 5 days flooded with no power breakfast had been bacon, sausage etc that were slowly defrosting in the freezer & had to be eaten

I haven't seen any Redy Brek here but have seen the similar type stuff. Is Uncle Toby's Quick Oats like it?
