What is society coming to............
We were woken up last night - by a group of men
Two were on our drive, trying to break into our cars, two were on my neighbours drive - trying to get away with His jet skii - and the others were eyeing up the rest of the road.
My hubby - all 19 stone of him - turned the lights on openned the curtains, and get this..........................they shouted to him close the curtains and mind your f.....g business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STOOD ON MY DRIVE - aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Then laughed at him - we promptly rang cheshire police , who didnt even show or drive round.

- He is a pretty big lad - but not a great sight at 2.30 am :scared:
Just astounds me people have no regard for anyones possessions, and they are there for the taking, with what seems no or little consequence thats why they are so bold.

unfortunately that is the society we live in.
kids just arent taught how or why to show respect to others.....and even worse is that many of them dont get taught right from wrong by thier parents.

Britain is slowly turning into an open-prison type penal colony because all the arseh*les that should be locked up seem to be free to roam and behave in this sh***y manner.
At this rate Bogota will seem like a safe haven to escape to.

Important thing is that you and hubbie weren't hurt. I am shocked at the sheer brazeness of these thugs, and it's probably a good thing your hubbie didn't go out there to confront them.
The lack of response from the Police is completely unacceptable. And I thought it was their job to uphold law and order, and protect us? Silly me, I've obviously been misinformed!
If I were you, I'd get down the Police Station and kick up merry hell about the cops not showing up, and I'd also think about phoning the local newspaper about it. Nicky
