Funny thing is the ferals who's house it happened at have just found the weapon sticking through there roof while looking for a leak. It's pierced the colourbond and still has blood & hair embedded in the end. Police are sending a tech to remove it & bag it.
He's already talking about what he's going to spend all this compo on, Daughter not happy so far with boat, car, fishing tackle topping the list. Typical bloody Aussie

Re: What a night
Deb just called to say they're on their way home. SIL has to go for surgery tomorrow to remove his stumps of teeth He's supposed to be heading out to sea on a trawler in a few days so I'm guessing that's out.
Police have detained the bloke, he's the ex of the other woman injured, she had gone to buy a kitten as well. The ex thought she was seeing another bloke so burst in & smashed the first one he saw. The bastard swung at the other kittens as well so there are others injured.
Me being cynical I'm betting he gets a bigger fine for killing the kittens than knocking the SIL's teeth out & fracturing his ex's skull:curse:
At least Deb will be here soon to change any overfilled nappies

Re: What a night
I actually take a pride in never getting a single bit of poo anywhere, and the nipper always gets a proper wash none of this wet-one bizo. Just getting the nappy on just so is kind of satisfying.
I need help.

Re: What a night
I'm impressed few more showers being carried in tonight, nothing heavy I don't think but because the low is almost stationary its picking up the water and its coming out on the wind - more like normal cyclone behaviour. Apparently this is because the low is now more vertical and looks more like a cyclone, even though it isn't (the BoM guys did get a bit techie for me at times!!)

Did you get the kitten in the end? and the bit of welding done?
At least they should be able to throw the book at the guy that did it.....
