After an awful day at work, coming home and seeing my dog's big goofy smile, and she was doing the full body wag - it's nice to be welcomed home

Moneypenny's reference on the spirit dampening thread to Magna Carta reminded me of the book "1066 and All That" and I've been enjoying the last half hour or so reading some "history". I was brought up on that sort of history and for those of you who know the book that will explain why I am the way I am and I'm not sure whether that's a Good Thing or a Bad Thing.

My two sons (12 and 13) voluntarily changed their sheets in their swags, popped them in the wash and put cleans ones on! Now rolled and put away ready for the next camping trip.
Small things but very helpful! (Or showing signs of OCD that they've inherited from their mother!)

Raced through Myer wearing yoga gear , son had forgotten his name badge for work ....
I spy a pair of Guess black suede boots, in my perfect Half size, reduced from $179 to $24 !!!!
Call me shallow but I grabbed them with all the excitement of a 4 year old with a bucket of candy.
