I really can't be sure.

Her family have far more medical issues than mine do -sure they seem to get to a good age - but they get there with operations and medication et cetera.

It's not something I have thought much about but I think it is a possibility.
If the men in my family died in their 70s then I might not otherwise give it a second thought.

A family friend was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago, and I was told he suddenly died last week. Life is short, and I guess you can't assume anything. (OK but of course we do, our lot as humans perhaps). Good health everyone.

Clearly....(it might be that I am not 'biting'... he he)

You're right though - but other factors are - we are the same age.
(In other times, when men were often older than their partners..and had a lower life expectancy..)

Doesn't matter about age. Women still live longer than men because we're the supreme sex.
