What do you get in trouble for ?

Re: What do you get in trouble for ?
I do the finances in our house, all our money is in joint accounts.... wife hates doing it to the point of having some kind of financial dyslexia.. Except if I ever ask how much something she bought for herself costs then I am totally in the sheet. I think that's the craftiest ploy she pulls, no responsibility for any of her own dosh or ours for that matter, don't dare ask how much anything costs... .don't even mention it from the statement no matter what.
Probably doesn't help that she earns a fair bit more than me, so I've got no grounds for complaint in any way in her view. Yet to find an argument back about that one.

She sent me out for one bottle of milk and said that if eggs were on sale I should by a dozen. When I walked back in the house with 12 bottles of milk she went crazy !

I'm in trouble for my latest FB post, "I'm not one of these sexists who's upset at the prospect of Dr Who being a woman, but perhaps they could add more realism by changing the title to Nurse Who, or Receptionist Who maybe."
I'm still chuckling

In my experience, I generally end up in the shit if I don't listen to my wife. Not through her doing though but because she's generally right, it is a bad idea

I'm in trouble today because the 7yr old came home from school this afternoon Deb picked them up today as I was busy splitting firewood for next year. Apparently on the way home she dropped a very loud and very smelly fart. Her sister exclaimed "You'll have big skids in your undies if you keep doing that!"
To which the little darling stated with much pride "Oh no I won't I haven't got any on"
Deb goes to work at 5 a.m so I'm in charge of getting them up and breakfasted making lunches etc. They get on the bus at 7.45 and I have a second coffee.
Quire how it's my fault a 7 yr old went to school without undies I don't know but it is.
Luckily both of them wear school skorts so there was a bit of modesty maintained.
