What do you do to look your best :-)
I just dyed my hair.....white (not grey!) hairs started coming through at 18......mmmhhhh 20 odd years later, pulling out isn't doable anymore as it would leave me with a bald patch in the middle hahaha. So thank goodness for L'Oreal 5.3 .

Re: What do you do to look your best :-)
I too have the same issue, mouse with grey isn't that popular! Now I wouldn't know what colour is natural! Every 6 weeks without fail and I'm there, knocking at my hairdressers door! Been the same for 15 yrs!
That and a quick mascara and that's my girliness done!
Oh and sadly I'm of the "a tan is better than white" brigade so I find I feel and look better at this time of year!
(Before you all warn me to the dangers of sun baking, I'm Factor 30 always and don't lie in it, just blessed with olive skin and do the whole regular skin checks etc)

Big fan of natural health/beauty tips.
Currently into using a fit ball instead of office chair. It took 2 hours before I felt all sorts of aches and twinges. You certainly use tiny muscles you didnt think you had.
Avocado, honey or banana face mask. Raw egg white whipped up really does give you a quick face lift
Stuff an old sock full of rolled oats, soak yourself in warm bath for 20 mins.
Egg yolk and olive oil hair mask, hair feels like silk afterwards.
However you wont look your best while doing any of the above

Aaah no living in the Netherlands then, they just banned it.....why not go for a lovely pair of jeans shorts and cotton (best absorbing) t-shirt, hair in a ponytail, thongs (yes...the ones one your feet .....other thongs are not good for one's selfesteem ) and you look great!!!

A bag over my head would improve me!
I sometimes dye my hair with a caramel coloured semi- but it goes ginger!!! I need a good haircut and colour -but with my thin locks that get crammed under a hat, it would be more practical to cut it very short- now that would scare the kiddies.
My eyesight has got so bad that I can't see to put makeup on anyway. The only things I can see are the wrinkles and the start of saggy jowls.
