what to do next?
We need to sell the house and get ot Oz by Nov 06. Has anyone got any shortcut ideas. I'm led to believe some of you may know some (dont know what they will be though) willing to try.

Don't wish to sound harsh, but my number one recommendation is to swallow your pride. It is a buyers market - remember this when you arrive at the valuation for your property. We'd all like to clean up and selling under such circumstances makes us all more keenly aware than ever that every penny counts - but you may well have to sell for a lot less than you'd like - particularly since you have a specific date in mind. Also - the vast majority of home buyers now do their research on the Internet - not browsing estate agent windows or the property section in the local paper, so whoever you go with - make sure they list on one of the big Internet sites.
