what is the Best lie you have ever told
I know we teach our kids not to lie about things but come on whats the best one you have ever told?
Just a bit curiuos that's all.

I've told little fibs but never a big lie. I am useless and everyone knows immediately if I try it. My eldest is the same

I lied to get a job - told them I could drive a car, when i couldn't, which was a bit silly as driving to sites was part of the the job. I had to spend the next year making excuses as to why I couldn't go to visit clients and companies....took me 4 goes to get my licence after that. Only just passed and then quit the job anyway......
Also, I lied to an ex-boyfriend - told him the pie he was eating contained beef, when infact it was dog food.......he didn't notice though.
Obviously don't advocate that behaviour now, was silly in my teens.....

Still haven't learnt my lesson, that's why I'm stuck at home with the kids all day!! (only kidding, I do love spending time with them)......
