The house went online today and we've got 2 viewers booked already. First one tonight (thankfully the girls are going to a neighbours for an hour) and another Saturday.

Cheers guys. Viewing went OK, family are currently renting a place nearby but are due a new baby in May so want to move around April time. Seemed to like it, but you can never tell.

Hey Gill your house is beautiful cant believe that that is all the houses are going for up your way, something like that on the Isle of Wight would be nearer the £400,000 mark.

Good luck with the house sale hope it goes quickly! I see now why you moved to Brightons and not Linlithgow housewise. If I wasn't hanckering after Oz I might be tempted to move down the road for the bigger cheaper house. Its beautiful, Im sure it will sell really quickly.
